Brawly Caldwell

Brawly Caldwell is an Associate in the Litigation group. His practice focuses on sports and entertainment disputes, commercial arbitration, and athlete representation matters. He handles endorsement and NIL contract disputes, agent-athlete commission disputes in arbitration, and the kind of commercial disagreements that tend to arise between small and mid-sized sports businesses and their production vendors. Caldwell earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2020 and his B.A. from UC San Diego in 2016. Between college and law school he worked for two years at a California-based sports agency, where he ran contract administration for a roster of professional surfers and action-sports athletes.
