Glacia Delgado

Glacia Delgado is a Junior Associate in the Labor & Employment practice. Her work focuses on workplace investigations, wage-and-hour compliance, and employment discrimination matters. She conducts witness interviews on investigation engagements, drafts compliance memoranda for HR clients on Connecticut Paid FMLA and FLSA overtime questions, and supports senior attorneys in CHRO and federal-court discrimination defense. Delgado graduated *summa cum laude* from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2023 and earned her B.A. from Middlebury College in 2020. She joined Oak, Elm & Birch immediately following law school. Within the firm she works primarily under practice group head Norman Cavanaugh on investigation and wage-and-hour matters, and she has been assigned lead drafting responsibility on CHRO position-statement submissions since the end of her first year at the firm. ## Pro Bono Delgado handles CHRO complainant-side intake referrals through the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center, focusing on wage-claim and reasonable-accommodation matters. ## Board Service Delgado serves on the board of the Connecticut Women's Education and Legal Fund.
