Partner Vivienne Thackeray Departs for Role at Connecticut Attorney General's Office

HARTFORD, CT — March 28, 2022 — Oak, Elm & Birch LLP announced today that partner Vivienne M. Thackeray has resigned from the firm to accept a position as Associate Attorney General at the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General. Thackeray will lead the office's Antitrust and Government Program Fraud Department, reporting directly to Attorney General William Tong. Her last day at the firm was March 25.
Thackeray joined Oak, Elm & Birch in 2014 and was elevated to equity partner in 2019. Her firm practice focused on government investigations, False Claims Act matters, and complex civil litigation against state agencies.
